“Site awful but apart from that they got my order wrong and didn’t want to recognise any error. Worst service I’ve had in a long time which I’ve made all my social media accounts aware. Winter ever come back to using this company!!!!!!!&”

“From start to finish I was very happy with the service that I received from the easy way to decide what I needed and how to purchase the decking and fittings to the curticy call right down to the delivery driver who was very helpful the professionalismoff savoy timber the decking is much better than the pictures the pictures don't do it justice other than that everything was100%perfect and I highly recommend using savoy timber to everyone many thanks to savoy”

“Ordered frame timber and composite decking. Good quality timber now stacked in my garden waiting for me to get building. Couple of things didn't arrive that are part of the frame kit I purchased. Partly my fault for not checking the delivery but it was pouring with rain! Sorted on the phone with politeness and courtesy and no problem. Good prices, good product and good people on the end of the phone. I can recommend.”

“Fantastic customer service coupled with a friendly , helpful delivery driver equates to a company that I would recommend to anyone. The worktop that I ordered is exactly as shown on the website and the quality is super. Will certainly shop with Savoy Timber again !!!!!”
