“savoy helped me after I ordered the wrong sleepers the delivery driver returned the goods and told me he would sort things out when he got back concerning re-ordering which he did I went in the following day re-ordered what I wanted the Preston branch then delivered the same day the same driver redelivered my goods and even unloaded the goods on his own what great service”

“Ordering online without seeing a product can be tricky so wondering how bad my decking would be as I couldn’t pick it was worrying. However, the quality was much better then I expected and it came treated and none of the pieces were warped. Excellent value for the money too. Only gripe is that I couldn’t choose the delivery day.”

“You advertised accurately cut A4 (210mmx297mm) 3mm thick MDF board. It was wider by 1-2mm and it was no good for my purposes because of that. It was not accurately cut when you claimed it would be. I phoned your office, and while I was given a refund, the person I spoke to was reluctant to do anything (she said it was only out by a mm, so what was the problem?!) and was very surly. I won't be back.”

“Had what I wanted when I wanted it.. Delivery is far 2 expensive!! If you get a lot then yes,but £10 for 1 or 2 items makes me go elsewhere sometimes!!!”
