“We got a made to measure bi fold door which was very good. . It came with all fittings and delivery was quick. Good value door, our doorwaymeasurements were non standard so without Savoy we would have struggled.”

“I needed a sink top for my bathroom to match the new wetwall I had in my new shower. I only needed a small amount and after many trips to diy stores nobody would sell me nothing shorter than 3mtr lgth. I then looked on the internet and came across Savoy timber who not only sold shorter lengths they would cut to size what you require. Brilliant service good prices local to myself friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.”

“Poor quality of door to start and then a very poor response from your customer service team. Pictures sent over. I was told that your joiner would have noticed my issue whilst the product was on the bench and he was sure it was incorrectly fitted or the 'wrong' type of hinge was used. I assured the unknown person that I've fitted many doors using the hinges with no issues at all and that the 'right' type of hinge should have beens stated on your website. 6 weeks on, not a single response. Sorry but this poor poor attempt of sale shouts onbdsman”
