“Fantastic customer service! Firstly I was delighted to find a company which has so many foot sizes and calf widths! (I am typically a 42, needing a wider calf (I am 5'10 and size 14-16.) First pair of boots ordered were lovely, but were too long in the foot and too narrow in the calf. Katie took the trouble to ring and discuss other sizes and colours in the style I wanted, and managed to find a pair in the sale! Thrilled with my new boots! Highly recommend on the basis of customer service alone!! Time will tell with the boots, as I haven't worn them much yet, but they look great and seem to be very well made!”

“I don't really have wide feet but I do have difficulty in finding shoes that are comfortable and stylish. I ordered my usual size but these were too big. As I really liked the style of the shoes and I exchanged these for a smaller size. The smaller size fits perfectly and they are so comfortable. The exchange process was efficient and speedy. I am very happy with my shoes and with the whole experience. I will definitely be buying some more of these lovely shoes and I have already recommended them to a friend who has similar comfort issues. Many thanks.”

“Finally a pair of boots that i dont need to squeeze my feet (and legs) into! So amazing. They're not the cheapest but they do seem to be great quality and I think i'll be able to keep them for a long time. Great service and delivery. Package came nicely prepared with a dust cover for the boots. Will definitely use again.”

“Excellent service, beautifully made shoes - very sadly on this occasion the style I ordered did not fit in a 5 or 5 and a half, however the pair I previously ordered for a wedding were superb, very comfortable and stylish. “Wonderful customer service. Wonderful shoes for we ladies who have wider feet. No problem about exchanging sizes if your first choice doesn’t fit. Expensive? Yes, maybe at first glance, but once you’ve had a pair of S&G shoes you won’t want to wear any other make! I know this because I now have several pairs!”
