Fantastic customer service! Firstly I was delighted to find a company which has so many foot sizes and calf widths! (I am typically a 42, needing a wider calf (I am 5'10 and size 14-16.) First pair of boots ordered were lovely, but were too long in the foot and too narrow in the calf. Katie took the trouble to ring and discuss other sizes and colours in the style I wanted, and managed to find a pair in the sale! Thrilled with my new boots! Highly recommend on the basis of customer service alone!! Time will tell with the boots, as I haven't worn them much yet, but they look great and seem to be very well made!
