“It is now January 7th and still never received the letter in the mail. I did receive a digital copy and a message saying the letter would be delivered later.”

“I have ordered from Santa Letter Direct multiple years. I usually switch off between a couple different companies, depending on who is on groupon. As my kids have gotten older (teenagers now), SLD has become more of my go to because I can get just a simple letter without all of the extras. This year, I ordered on 12/3 and SLD had it supposedly shipped out on 12/4. Super fast turn around. However, I didn't receive it until after Christmas, 12/26. I am in the USA and it was shipped from Sweden. Had I known it was coming from so far away, I probably wouldn't have ordered, although I've ordered many times previously and this has never happened. I understand the company cannot control the shipping companies and shipping seemed extra slow on everything this year, but this really showed me that this will be my last year doing any Santa letter for my kids. They're now 14 and 16 and didn't really care about it as they have in previous years. Maybe because Christmas was already over and here comes a letter from Santa, after he had supposedly already been here, but it was all just a let down. I would recommend this company to others with younger ones though. I like the designs of the letters and the many options to choose from depending on what your child is into. Great price.”

“I was very happy with the letters, certificates and stickers the children loved them My only problem was that they didn’t arrive until the Monday December 23rd, much to close to Christmas. I thought they would have arrived sooner. I ordered them in early December with the expectation that they would arrive the week before Christmas, not Christmas week. Fortunately the family was not traveling Christmas week or they would not have received them for Christmas.”

“Overall Santa Direct was just short of excellent. Great choice of letters to/from Santa. My great granddaughter was very excited opening them and felt very special which made Santa's forthcoming 'visit' all the more exciting.”

“I have been using Santa Letter Direct for a few years now and I have never had a problem till this year. Unfortunetly the letter didnt arrive in time, not Santa Letter Direct's fault. But when I contacted the support team they were amazing sorted out a new letter which arrive two days later! I was very happy all resolved quickly - looking forward to placing my order next year!”

“The customised message was such a wonderful addition to the letter and it feels more genuine. Absolutely loved it. And fast delivery too. Just a minor thing, the paper could have been a better quality. Nevertheless I would order again next year 😊”

“The email said our Santa letter was mailed to us on December 4, 2024. It was estimated to arrive AFTER Christmas on December 26, 2024. Today is December 26, 2024 and still we have not received anything. This is very disappointing as we have used this service before without any issues.”

“We never received the letter and we never received the text, we did get an email with the activity pack and letter that we could print out however we could’ve found the same thing online for free and saved ourselves the expense. Thank you, for nothing. I would not recommend this company, I just wasted $20 and received absolutely nothing!”
