“was disappointed at the length of time it took and also not getting confirmation. the letter outlay was not what I choose as it was more for an older child than a 2 year old. I had to contact you twice. I got this last year and was kept up to date all through the process. I will see about doing it again.”

“Received the letter after Christmas. I even emailed them and told them need it before Christmas or want to cancel my order. They told me it will be there before Christmas. Fail.”

“I ordered two letters, one for each of our grandsons, on 17th December 2020. One arrived on 24th December and was fine. The second one arrived yesterday, 7th January 2021. Total waste of money and very disappointing!!”

“I have ordered this for my granddaughter 3 years now always happy. Thus year after I ordered it it said it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. I wasnt happy. Coukdnt contact them to cancel. I emailed them they said they would send me a online letter. Which I appreciated.”

“Unfortunately due to other customers complaints about early arrivals the company halted all deliveries so ours, with one still outstanding even now, it arrived after Xmas! Shame as used them before and it was fine.”

“These letters look amazing, unfortunately ours still haven't arrived from the 21st December. I know Royal Mail are inundated with extra parcels, but I presumed letters where still being delivered on time...........especially those that look like they're from Santa!!”

“I have ordered a book with my daughter's name, it came in my name; when contacted customer service they were very helpful and said they were going to change the book in her name and reposted it; although Santa's letter arrived, the book never did and it's now 24th of December. A bit disappointed!”
