“My son was so excited to receive his letter, however my daughter is still waiting for hers! As they were ordered at the same time and coming to the same address I find it very difficult to understand what has gone wrong. So, while I appreciate the 10% discount, I’m not sure I’ll be using it as I don’t want to have a disappointed daughter, again!”

“My daughter loved receiving her letter from Father Christmas. However the generic letters are a bit samey even though the designs are different. It would be good if you could add more personal information to make the letter more special. Would use again in the future.”

“Having ordered letters last year and being really impressed, this year I was underwhelmed. The letter was clearly a simple print off the computer onto normal paper and could see where the page was printed onto the paper as opposed to it looking like a really special letter on good quality paper like it had last year, guess the profit margin is better using cheaper quality stuff to produce the letters.”

“Disappointed ordered my 3 children's letters together to be delivered on the same day 2 arrived on different days and the 3rd one is still not here for luck I got to the post before the children so I was able to hide the 2 that did arrived to save disappointment for my little boy who has so far received no letter”
