“We love Santa Direct. I do wish we could somehow track the letters as I ordered one for all 3 of my kids on the same day. One of them received their letter yesterday and the other 2 still didn’t show up today. It’s hard to explain to 3 kids why one kiddo got a letter and the others haven’t m. They very excitedly expected theirs to come today and that didn’t happen.”

“You said you would only send the Santa letter After I had text to confirm we had sent? So very surprised to receive Santa letter before we had even sent our letter? My little boy was very confused as to why he already got his letter saying what he was getting BEFORE he asked??? Very disappointed”

“OK for the discounted £2.50 price (just a letter). Would of been better with a little more magic sprinkled in. Paid same price with different company last year and got a wee bag of sweets and glitter in.”

“The concept is great and the Santa letter packs are sweet for little ones with the certificates and so on. However - I order letters for my girls each year when I get an email inviting me to order them. Yet each year I have to chase the digital copies and this year one of the letters wasn’t sent at all as the design I chose was no longer available at the time it was scheduled to post! Had I not contacted them I would never have received the letter for my youngest daughter. Very disappointed in the disinterest from the team when I contacted them - and the lack of urgency for them to correct it. This was meant to be an enchanting letter to a child after a horrible year worldwide. She wa alert feeling forgotten while her sister received her letter as it was a different design template.”
