“Loved the Videos this year especially not being able to go and Visit Santa. Daughter loved watching them. Wish there was more options for joint brother and sister letters and videos.”

“I ordered 2 santa letters, 1 for my foster child, 1 for my granddaughter, my foster child received hers, & I was really pleased with it, my granddaughter NEVER received hers, although you received the payment for it”

“The letter is great and my kids look out for them every year. Maybe just add some personal bits to it when you post them a letter back. Maybe mention something from their list? Otherwise thank you”

“I was a little bit disappointed as I was expecting a letter back from Santa. We got the blank copy and my boys wrote to Santa but we had no reply? Maybe that was extra but I wasn't aware of that and if I was I probably wouldn't have ordered the letters. My boys still loved sending the letters but I could've used the free service who also understandably don't respond.”

“letters were brill, but I wasted money on 2 No video calls which didn't work the way I had read. Not worth the money either. You have them on your phone and pass to kids. However on the site is asked for my kids mobile numbers to receive the message, so this I felt was a complete con!! Letters are good though, just stick with them!!”

“The letter itself amazing, my daughter loved it and felt special getting it.my only dissapointment was that the letter arrived 9 days after my requested arriving date.which i admit delays can happen but dont promise 2 days delivery if it takes more than a week”
