“I ordered two letters, one arrived in time for Christmas, the other was a week late. Nice idea but disappointing one letter was delivered late. It would also be nice if there were more letter options geared to the US customers.”

“Order most years and great to see some new letters but the grammar is awful!!! They all need a thorough proofread and amendments. Lovely pictures and they look great but standards need to improve!”

“Didn’t get my letter in time but customer service sent another letter 2 weeks later. My grand baby is little so he didn’t know the difference. I will try again next year. When we got the letter our little one was thrilled.”

“Our grandaughter loved her letter, unfortunately it came 2 days after Christmas. Make sure you order at least a month in advance to get it on time. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.”

“Unfortunately, the letters arrived three days after Christmas even though the expected delivery date I was given when purchased said the 23rd of December. The letters and certificate themselves were adorable and authentic looking, especially to a child.”

“The santa letter arrived at my address not my grandsons and was addressed to me not him. This was so very disappointing, it arrived later than expected as well. Luckily I was able with some stickers to re-address it to Riley and put back in the post. Being only 3, Riley didnot notice anythin and was delighted with his letter, just nanny disappointed”

“I ordered 2 letters to be delivered to 2 separate addresses. I was assured delivery would be early to mid December. One arrived on Christmas Eve, the other one never arrived. To be fair I don’t know if this was your fault or that of Australia Post ( due to COVID)”

“Second year of using this company. The letters were OK, however there seemed to be alot less opportunity to enter personalised information than in last years letter. Which ment that my 4yr old got a little bored of a long letter but only a few references to information about her. I hope this can change for this year's letter”

“Just happened to come across them on Facebook so gave them ago. Different to last years company. Easy to use and navigate around the site but very disappointed at the amount of pushy emails I recived trying to encourage me to purchase more. I got slightly fed up with them so probably not likely to return next year”
