“We have ordered these letters for our daughter over the last couple of years and we have always been satisfied. She is only four years old and this year she was super excited to receive the letter from 'Santa' and wondered how he knew so many things. We also purchased the video phone call and she was over the moon to see Santa on our phones.”

“Was very disappointed by the video chose a personalised one woth her name and it missed her name and skips when it said you have been a very good girl. I emailed to explain about this to see I could get it redone and didn't receive a reply im just hoping the letter is better”

“I've been using santa letter direct for a few years now and they are brilliant. The magic in my sons face when he reads the letter is incredible. This year his comments were "santa knows everything mummy" after reading his friends name in it. Its a really lovely moment.”
