“Arrived on the date it said it was delivered. The customer service was so good, help was given immediately for address to be changed, which means my grandson's 1st Christmas letter from Santa didn't get lost and he received it. Thank you all for your tremendous help and I appreciated it.”

“I had to message as I hadn't received my daughter's letter's and both people who messaged back were very helpful and advised on best path next. Happens that they were delivered to my neighbour and she had gone away so on Sunday had a lovely surprise of both being delivered. Great customer service.”
