“Lovely idea but far too expensive for what I received. The letter and certificate both printed on standard lightweight printer paper, not even printed on card or thicker paper. Quality was naff if I'm honest. I have ordered from other company's in previous years which were cheaper and much better quality. I shant return sadly.”

“The letter is brilliant and very magical. The website is so easy to use and is very wuick at generating a letter. I got two letters both are different its not just a template. The delivery time was brilliant and its asdrrssed to the child/ren. I will be ordering again next year. Thank you.”

“We have been using santa letter direct for a number of years now but this year we decided to get the letter pack for our son to write to santa as well as his usual letter from santa. He enjoyed writing his wishlist and colouring his picture for santa, and his face was a picture when he received his letter mentioning all his achievements, friends and wishes. Would definitely recommend.”
