“It was worth it to see my Granddaughters face when she read it out to us . She couldn’t believe that Santa had sent her a personal letter .”

“The letter was amazing, very special. However it asks for "your details" and somehow even though the letter itself was correct and addressed to my kids, the "nice list" certificate had my name on? Also the activity pack is absolutely garbage, just a couple bits of paper with a snowman to colour in- definitely not worth buying that as extra.”

“Very happy excited granddaughter, she arrived home from school & lying on the mat inside the house was a letter from the north pole, from the wish list department, needless to say she put cryon to paper and started her letter of what she would like from santa clause. Magical time of year. Thank you.”

“I have been using santa letter direct for the last 7 years and I absolutely love them. They are beautifully decorated and the wording has always been so lovely. This year with the use of the AI letter, the letters that I have bought for my two daughters have been absolutely beautiful and even more personal. I will carry on using these letters for as long as I can. Thank you so much for helping with keeping the magic alive ✨️”
