“Very disappointed with our experience this year. Didn't get the letter until mid January and never received the text message that I paid for. Contacted the team and wasn't offered a refund but now have to wait until next year to get another letter. Used this company for previous years and had always been happy so not sure what happened.”

“Never received and when emailed just told me to keep waiting. When I asked for a refund was told would have to wait until after Christmas to make sure it didn't arrive. So didnt have the opportunity to order elsewhere so my son went without a letter this year which is the first year in 9 years and the first time I have used this company. Ended up going through the bank to get my refund as they weren't interested. Wouldn't recommend or use again.”
