I have used a different site for Santa letters until this year when I wasn't happy with the options on offer and began searching for another. I have been really pleased with SLD; there were a good selection of letter templates which suited both my 9 and 3 year old; I was pleased with how much personalisation was available and they arrived in good time despite me ordering mid December. I deducted a star because the order process was irritating. There were endless attempts to get you to pay for add ons and even after the order had been made I received emails asking if I wanted to upgrade, please stop that. Lastly, a return address was on the envelope which roused suspicion in our house. I don't know if this can be removed but it's clumsy to have such an address on a letter a child is expecting to come from the North Pole...
