“I paid for a letter from santa and I got a picture for my 16 month old little girl to colour and an wish list but I paid for a letter from santa so I don't know why they sent me that”

“I was a little disapppointed with some words missing. “Going into. No class no. And next sentence started no capital letter. He told me that it was a decoy letter that Santa didn’t write it properly. This disproved my surprise for him sorry this was for the post card. This year I bought a pass for €14.99 and could not use it after several attempts and passwords. Totally disgusted and will never use this site again after nearly 8 years. Just really can’t write what I am thinking 😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“After receiving card for little boys 6th birthday which was fab he loved it, i then went to show him the video received on email and it said it was his 4th birthday so was quite disappointing”

“Letter was fine, my son didn't receive his and they had to send it electronically which raised some questions. I'm more irritated by the constant emails I get and them seeing it on my phone and letting the cat out of the bag.”

“I was very happy with the letter, which my children loved but I also paid for a phone call/voice message from Santa (through the same site) for both of my children and they never happened. I was very disappointed with this.”

“My granddaughter didnt get her letter from santa until January. She only asked santa for 1 thing this year and that got stolen right off my porch. When she did recieve her letter from santa she was very happy”

“The letter is a very good idea. You are given several choices to choose from which I liked. The personalization that you are asked to give adds the perfect touch. My son's letter, unfortunately, didn't arrive until several days after Christmas. So he wasn't particularly excited to have it read to him.”

“Brilliant first year - kids loved the Personalised videos. Not as good the second year as most of the videos were the same - I have 3 kids so need 3 new videos - so they would realise it’s just repeats.”
