“I have brought these for the past couple of years for my two grandchildren and have been delighted with the letters. To see both the grandchildren’s faces when they are read the letters is so special and heartwarming I’m glad it makes Christmas for them”

“I sent two of Santa's letters to my granddaughters. They were highly delighted to receive them. The letters were received promptly within the timeframe stated. The 'Christmasey' envelopes and letters were impressive. My only criticism is that some of the wordage appeared a little patronising - phrases like 'my dear girl' don't really resonate today. Also there was a reference to 'the letter I received from mum/dad etc' - there was a danger of the girls asking their mum/dad about the letter that she/he probably had no idea about - especially if it was sent by grandparents, as in my case. Perhaps it might be worthwhile having some younger people update some of the rather dated text.”

“Took over 2 weeks for letter to arrive despite being told delivery date at time of purchase. Got offered an email copy just incase original didn't arrive in time for Christmas . That was a joke. Very unlikely I will use again . Not best service from them”
