“I have used this service for over 10 yrs for each of my granchildren. Its reliable & they have e been delighted with their letters. This year it wasn't the normal template, you still gave the same information but the letters are much more personalised ?AI, it was almost as if they know the Child personally. So lovely & much improved, made me feel like crying when I read them! Great service, I would recommend it highly.”
