“The letter came when expected & looked how I expected. However, would have looked nicer in a thicker envelope - not a thin flimsy one as it looked just like a utility bill. Also, the wording in Evie's letter was wrong - I think there was a typo. But not in the sections I was asked to fill out.”

“Letter was very nice and happy with a pack in overall, however my kids are 2 and 3 so would be nice if letter would be tailored for that age. I had to read it out which will be the case anyway, however words used in the letter could be easier for them to understand, letters could be bigger so we could try to ready by letters together.”

“Frist of all I had to ask how to order two letters at the same time because how it was it seemed that I could only order one at a time, however I asked santa letter how could order two letters atbthe same time and they was very quick to send me a link in which that I could order two letters with a nice certificate which was very good. Then when I got the email to personalise them there were for different things to personalise so I thought one was for the letter and one was for the certificates, but after I filled them in I released that it was four letters and two with certificates by the time I emailed santa letter it was to late to stop the letters without the certificates being sent they had already been sent out. So my daughter and son ended up with two letters each. The letters are really lovely but I do feel that at the time of ordering the letter you have a choice of adding things on and just send what has been ordered rather than confusing people.”
