“Unfortunately, only 1 of the 2 letters arrived. Which left my eldest son distraught that he didn't get a nice list certificate and letter like his little brother. Won't use this service again.”

“My daughter was pleased to receive the letter and loved the details about what Santa was up to with the elves and reindeer. However, the spelling and grammar could do with checking in parts of the letter. I changed the letter three times to try to make what I was putting in make sense. You need to be able to edit the 'a' or 'an' determiner to suit whatever you insert into the letter to personalise it, and please check the spelling and use of practice (the noun) and practise (the verb).”

“You sent the exact same Santa crossword as last year so my daughter knew all of the answers and didn’t think it was from Santa as he would never send the same thing twice. Maybe change the package offerings so it’s not the same thing for next year. She loved everything else. Thank you.”

“We unfortunately haven’t recieved the letter yet. I chose tues 21st dec for arrival and we are still waiting. Last chance is tomorrow before it will just be a waste. Really hoping it arrives as she would have loved it”

“This is my second time I order Santa letter Letter, it was so Lovely with the design and it arrived on time , but I was so upset you did not to put my second child's name, for this reason I put 3 stars. But I reccomend you to a friend as it is great to see kid's faces smiling . Thanks”

“Although the letter was good. I ordered 3 for my grandchildren and they were all delivered 2 to 3 day apart.which was not what I requested. This was very disappointing.”
