“Not to the usual,standard this year. To start ordered the wishlist letters and expected a text to say they had arrived.... No text, unhappy girls, then Ordered letter and then added upgrade of the nice list certificates...... got the letters no certificates, they did refund part of my upgrade cost though. Let's see if they get there message from santa on Xmas day. If not I will be complaining again”

“Amazing idea love it and always use it… I did order 2 and was emailing them to have the one cancelled which it wasn’t… luckily 2nd came whilst she was at school, Disappointed as didn’t want the magic jeopardised .. as thought it had been cancelled after emails sent and received from both sides…”

“I ordered 12 Santa letters/ packets and first, they weren't delivered when they said they would be. Secondly, 4 haven't even arrived yet.. This caused a big problem in the households because the kids didn't understand why their sibling got something from Santa and they didn't. The tears are killing me!!”

“For the price they were excellent however, I requested 2 letters, 1 for my grandson and 1 for my granddaughter. My granddaughters came with a certificate stating she was on the nice list however my grandson’s didn’t which brought on a flood of tears. So what was meant to be a nice surprise from Santa turned out to be a bit of a disappointment”

“Received the card I ordered for my daughters birthday the day after her her birthday so was a bit disappointed as the whole point was her receiving a birthday card for santa the day of her birthday but nonetheless she loved her birthday card and I just explained it was probably late as he's starting to get busy sorting stuff out for Christmas”

“I was not happy to not have the option for Easter bunny Letters to be sent direct to my grandchildren. Made even more frustrating by the fact they arrived on the Wednesday before Easter. I went out the same day to repost them to my grandchildren. Unfortunately out of 7 letters only 4 turned up in time. The other 3 turned up 2 days after Easter. When I order the Santa letters and birthday cards they are always posted directly to them. If this is not an option I will not be ordering Easter packs again.”
