“The content was brilliant, but the package would have been better in a plain brown envelope addressed to the parent so the Elf could bring the different contents on different nights. Our beautiful envelope arrived as I was having words with my daughter about looking after her toys properly. She opened it and found she was on the good list. At that moment, although coincidentally, was really bad timing.”

“The letters overall are very good and the delivery was punctual. There was some lovely detail and humour in the letters which my little ones loved. My only suggestion would be for the letters to be editable, especially for older children as some of the information you give does not work with the templates. Thank you”

“Fantastic letters but a problem - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change your email name to something more covert and stop emailing as frequently!! ‘Santa Letter Direct’ popping up on my screen through Oct-Jan is not helpful and it’s not always easy to hide my screen from my kids!!”

“I have used for the past 3 years but won’t be next year. The letter is lovely and the designs are plentiful to choose from but it really bugs me that you get the option to select the terminology I.e Father Christmas or Santa Claus. I always select Father Christmas so it’s signed off from him but throughout the letter references are made to mrs Claus and santas elves. It’s a small detail but one that I personally can’t get past. The activity book was brilliant and will be used again next year. Far too many emails from them though.”

“My granddaughter received the Santa letter today 30th December after I received confirmation it was sent on 20th December. Obvious not Santa’s fault if it was sent on 20th but fault of Post Office. Very disappointing.”
