“The postal service has let you down this year as 1 week later after I should have received it then I'm still waiting for it to arrive so one upset little girl this year as she thinks santa has forgot her”

“This is my 6th year using Santa letter direct, wouldn’t use anyone else. Beautiful personalised letter from Santa, great choice of letter heading designs. And the activity pack extra Christmas fun. Letter arrived on date requested, would highly recommend.”

“I have not received the Santa’s list for my son to write to Santa. I have received Santa’s reply which I opened as I thought it was the list. Now my son cannot have the magic of opening his North Pole post. I’m really disappointed with all this.”

“My son has been receiving your letters for a few years now and he loves them. He is 10 years old now and not sure how many more we will get away with. He particularly loves when he sees his friends name in it. Thank you for such a lovely idea. Your company is very straight forward to deal with and we never had any problems.”
