“I have used Santa Letter Direct for my 2 grandchildren for at least 5 years now. In that time I have only had 2 problems where delivery wasn't made and their customer service did an amazing job getting back to me right away and making sure a replacement letter was sent so no child was ever disappointed. They do an amazing job keeping the magic in Christmas!!”

“This year is the first time I have used santa letter direct and I am very pleased that I did. I have told friends about it. I like how I could pick what date the letter come and it came on time. My son has autism he is 11 years old and getting this letter has made Christmas so much more special for him. Thank you so much”

“I would write a decent review if the cards and activity packs had arrived on December 1 as requested. Here it is Dec 6 and nothing has arrived in the mai @ my grandchildren’s home as I paid for. I asked for a response via email from Santa Direct mail 2 days ago and still nothing. Really annoyed to say the least.”
