“Have been using company for about 5 years now and the letters and service never disappoint. There is a huge range of letters and designs to suit and with the addition of AI generated letters you can really taylor yours to include specific things. You can select a date for your letter to be posted, which is also very useful. And you receive plenty of updates. Lots of additional extras you can add to your order as well, often at a discounted price (Black Friday deals etc). Have recommend to friends.”

“My girls absolutely love their Santa letters each year. I have been ordering Santa Letter Direct for years now and this was the first year my eldest daughter (12yrs) doesn't now believe in Santa but she still loved receiving her letter last year, my youngest also loves hers every year. They personalisation is brilliant and the designs are so lovely, the letters definitely add that special magic to Christmas. I also love that I can choose when the letter will be sent out as I always wait until my youngest daughters birthday has been then after they can receive their Santa letters. I hope to continue to use these for a few more years to come!”

“I have ordered these letters for the last 10 years but this Christmas I ordered 8 AI generated for the grandchildren. From a little basic information I gave, all letters were truely individual to each child. They were delivered within a week and I was told the look on all their faces was magical!! Getting a letter from Santa wrote just for them is a huge part of their memories of Christmas! I will continue to order every year”
