“I bought 2 letters (for twin 8 year olds). Excellent quality, they absolutely loved the activity pack, which cost £5.99 & was worth every penny. The letters are easy to personalise, easy to edit, and the whole process is explained thoroughly. Delivery is confirmed, giving options for preferred dates. This is my 3rd year with this company and I definitely recommend them.”

“Fantastic service & letter from Santa Letter Direct. My daughter is so happy with what Santa has written to her. We have used this company for a few years but last year tried a different company and it was a big mistake, the letter didn't arrive at all. Back to Santa Letter Direct this year & so glad we have.”

“I have used your Santa letter service for my young grandsons for a few years now, however I was disappointed when the letter arrived for my grandson Sonny began with Dear wonderful( boys name) although all details were correct, especially since Sonny can now read himself😣 and asked why Santa didn’t know his name but knew his brothers.”

“The letter itself is perfect and exactly what we wrote, delivery was also on time as scheduled. However, the certificate has the incorrect name on. The adults name is printed, not the child's.”

“I love that the way you enter details for children has different options to last year, as a mother of an autistic child, I found that it made the letter more inclusive of sen children. I have been getting letters for my son every year since his first Xmas, and last year was almost the last but with the new changes I will be definately keep getting him them. Great work with making it more sen friendly! I also think the new ai system makes it much easier to create the letter.”
