“Ordered 2 different letters for my 2 grandchildren. I had to contact them a couple of times (my problems not theirs) & they were very quick to respond & help instantly. I cannot praise this company enough & especially Fiona who was very helpful throughout. Both my grandchildren loved their letters & package from Santa. Would definitely order again. Thank you to all the team.”

“I have been using this company for the last 5 years for my Children's Santa letters and I would go nowhere else. They are beautifully worded with gorgeous illustrations. New examples are added every year so there is always lots of choice to suit different children. They are delivered looking like they came straight from the North Pole and always on time 🤗”
