“Lovely design and well written letter, fantastic value Would have been nice if letter came in a separate envelope than the posted one as a keepsake. Despite being letterbox size our postman had bent it significantly”

“Not easy for old grannies to fill in forms , took forever , glad 😃 I have eventually managed to order mine. I’m sure they will be wonderful, but took forever x I’m sure I will be over it by next Xmas x”

“Love doing this for my granddaughters but it was a lot of hassle this year as they don't just put out the best offer at the beginning, they make the offers better as time gets nearer to Christmas ! I ordered mine then complained as I wasn't getting the best deal so it was cancelled & I got the write to Santa & they will get the letter from Santa for a better price.”

“We found that the video and the letters were great for our son the first time we brought them but not so great on for the second Christmas. Reason being the videos and letter were impossibly similar if not the same as the previous year. Bit disappointed if I'm honest.”

“Letter was great, my daughter loved it. She wrote her reply and sent it off..but her letter said she would get a reply when santa received it, she's still waiting and is a bit upset about it, I'm disappointed that it's made her sad”

“I love the idea and would get one every time. But I have had two now and both times it has come scrunched up, wet and envelope torn. This is the transit error but please can you put in a better envelope, like a please do not bend. It’s such a shame to open the letter and it’s all damaged.”
