“I ordered 2 Santa letters for my granddaughter and grandson, they were Amazing!! I chose the AI generated option, I entered a few details of their wish list and hobbies etc and the letters generated were brilliant so personalised. The children loved the letters and couldn’t believe Santa knew all about them. Highly recommend”

“Loves these. Been using them for 5+ years now and every year they never disappoint. Great price. Lots of options to surprise little ones. I like that you can make the letters personal it’s not just a generic letter sent with different child’s name each time. Will keep using them while my son still believes.”

“The process was very straightforward and easy. A few more flexible options would be good, such as a P.S. at the end that can be left up to the writer. I used to use a similar service in Australia to send to the UK (I am based in Singapore) but this is much easier - plus the Australian nephews have stopped believing :(”

“Get these for my girls every year to keep the magic alive. My eldest daughter is 13, she has special needs and absolutely loves receiving her personalised letter and the activity packs are great too! All amazing quality and the kids love that Santa knows all about their friend's and interests! Well worth the price to see a big smile on your childs face!! Ordering is made very easy to process.”

“I have used Santa Letter direct for about 5 years now, my son looks forward to it every year, and he is 10!!!! The personalisation element is amazing. They include a friends name, what present your child wants, even what your child calls you (mum, mummy, dad, daddy etc), even what you call the red suited man (Santa or father christmas). You can choose a design, the type of story content included, it is perfect. I thought this might be the last year I do it because of my son's age, but he said I wonder if Santa will write to me again next yet!”

“I have been getting these Santa letters for my son for the past 8 years. I love them, his face lights up when he sees his letter posted through the door.
