“Every year I year I buy my children's Christmas letter's from Santa Letter Direct and every year I am never ever disappointed! They look beautiful, arrive on time on my chosen date and are fantastic for the price! My littles ones love the activity pack and hanging the Santa Stop here sign on their bedroom door's. This year I ordered Santa's Magic Key and completely forgot to personalise it due to being poorly, I really wasn't expecting it to arrive in time at all but the team were fantastic and got this out within one day of me submitting it - Amazing customer service and beautiful letter's- Thank you so much Santa's Direct Letter - We love all your items 🥰 x”

“Would have been brilliant if they’d actually arrived! Not sure whether the issue was with you or the Royal Mail, but I’m very disappointed that the orders were placed on 15.12.25, advised that they’d been posted on 16.11.25 and so far on 23.12.25 they’d not been received!”
