“Great service. previously made purchases from the Cardiff store but this time had to buy online. The customer service was great - a prompt and helpful response. I general I don't like buying shoes online but was happy to do so as there was a clear return policy explained to me. Would highly recommend”

“Excellent customer service, no one else had the trainer I wanted in stock (brooks ghost13)but run and become did. I received the trainer next day and they even called me when they thought they didn’t have it in stock. But turns out they did. Very impressed will definitely order from them again”

“Great service via the online alalysis - helped identify the right shoes and was sent a couple of pairs to try - really easy to return the ones that weren’t right & efficient refund system - would have loved to have gone into a shop but this was a very close second and the new shoes are running great!!!”
