“Visited the shop in Victoria. The lady was very helpful, analysed my gait and picked out a variety of running shoes, letting me try them out for short runs. My heart was set on the hoka bondi 6, but even though they didn't feel too tight, the lady advised me it would be best to wait until they had half a size higher in stock as it might lead to pinching later on. I was very thankful for her honest assessment and decided to wait for stock to arrive. In the end, I realised the hoka challenger might be a better fit for for me as it is an all terrain shoe rather than specialised for roads, and so ordered that show via the online run and become store. I am extremely happy with my purchase - my feet are well supported and i no longer experience plantar pain. I highly recommend run and become if you want an honest and highly knowledgeable and tailored service. I can't thank the Victoria branch enough, and am extremely grateful to the lady that helped me. I'll be ordering future shoes when these ones need replacing from this store! :)”

“I was slightly nervous about how well it would work, but the online service went very well. I submitted videos and photos and then had a telephone consultation of what I needed from my trail running shoes. The 'consultant' was knowledgable and friendly and together we selected shoes based on the conversation. I received them and 'test drove' them a few days later. A great fit!”
