“I was about to purchase a couple of pairs of road shoes when I got an email from Run & Become highlighting their upcoming "Flash Sale". Lo and behold. my first choice shoes were available (and in my size too). I quickly ordered two pairs. I had an email confirming the order. R&B highlighted that there could be a slight delay in delivery due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I needed to change the delivery address. I called up the online services who very swiftly sorted out the address change. The shoes arrived a day early too. The service was impeccable, quick and efficient. It is always a pleasure to deal with the staff in Run & Become, be they online or in the store.”

“Very happy with the shoes I received through run and become. I did the online gait analysis and after a 15 minute phone call with them my shoes were already on their way. Simple and easy; well worth it. My shoes are exactly what I wanted and I’ve worn them a lot already. Super comfortable and good quality. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!”

“A new experience (like much since the pandemic) and cannot fault the service from the team. Acknowledgment as soon as I submitted all the videos/pictures as required, phone consultation was brilliant - went through all the options and the reasoning behind suggestions, shoes ordered and arrived two days later. Two runs down and all fabulous. So glad for the expert advice, stress-free and also risk free given the thorough consultation and safe for everyone involved. Thanks team!!”
