“Very useful to find a company that provides shoes that you can size properly. My last pair of online bought trainers were given away as they didn't fit properly and after a few wears they were causing discomfort. One slight disapointment was that I actually wanted a pair of cross trainers to do HIT training sessions in. However I couldnt find any online (or on this site) that could be properly sized, so I had to get running shoes. I ordered a pair of Brooks Ghost EE size 9's and they arrived within hours; I think it was next day. After a couple of sessions I find that the ghosts are an excellent well made and light shoe that are perfectly acceptable for the occasional HIT session, and probably great for running. The print-off paper foot measure chart was a little complicated to organize off the printer, but I eventually managed to get a pretty accurate idea of my measurements from it. Overall, very good service and quality product.”

“I have been a customer of R&B Edinburgh for more than 12 years and I have always found everyone there extremely knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping me pick the right trainers as I'm an overpronator and need shoes with some support. The advice has always been spot on. This time, due to covid, I sent an email looking for advice for my next pair of trainers, they responded in no time and provided the information I needed. “Not being an avid runner previously, but wanting to take it up in lockdown to maintain my sanity, my prior seldom used running shoes fell apart when I set off one morning (a definite sign of neglect)! So, I wanted a new pair sharpish. I was very pleased by the service I received by Run and Become. I have a wider foot and the information and recommendations provided by Run and Become gave me the confidence and information to select a model to suit me. And the order arrived the next day, when many other deliveries I have had during lockdown have been delayed. Extremely happy with the service.”

“During Covid-19 whilst not being able go to the shop, we found that the ‘on-line gait analysis’ was very easy to do and we then had a very helpful conversation from a member of staff. Through that, I was able to make a purchase for a new pair of running shoes for my daughter. The shoes arrived very quickly and they fit like a glove and have already improved her feet and shin pain.
