“The Run and Become team have always been nothing but helpful has not changed at all despite the lockdown. They are really responsive on email, provide great advice, and a great service including the fact that you can try shoes at home and return them if they don’t work out, which is very reassuring when buying online. I’ve never needed to though, thanks to their expert advice!”

“I have used Run and Become since before 1990 in my marathon days. With my running days over, my love of walking took over. I still use R&B every year to replace my running/walking shoes which they originally recommended with the latest version and which, to this day, are still brilliant! “I undertook an online gait analysis. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and having the example videos to watch was a great help. The process of creating the videos and sending them on eas easy. The consultation itself was really pleasant; I was not surprised with the recommendation and it was as I had hoped. Purchase aspect was very easy and the shoes arrived within 3 days.”
