I love the shop, but found the experience ordering on the website to be frustrating and cumbersome. The site continuously wants me to log in...if I don't have log in details and try to register as a new user, it takes me back to the login page...I got stuck in a loop I couldn't escape from. I was able to circumvent this by ordering as a guest. As I said, I really like the shop...the people have always been helpful and friendly. But I was disappointed in the user experience ordering online.
