“As ever the staff were fantastic, friendly and professional. As soon as the member of staff approached me I informed them exactly what I was after and they checked on the system and went and got my trainers. They double checked all was OK and fitted well. Payment was easy.”

“I always want to support an independent running shop where possible, even though it’s more expensive. Last time I was there, there was a bit of a misunderstanding as I was told I couldn’t return a pair of shoes I’d bought (even though another member of staff said I could a few days previously). Turns out you can return online orders (I’d ordered online to pick up in store) but not in-person purchases, so in the end I was allowed to return them. However, I have to say the experience has put me off a little as I was a bit stumped as to what I could have spent a credit note on given they don’t have the widest range of brands / shoes. Some staff members are absolutely lovely whereas some seem pretty disengaged / bored so I think your experience in the shop can depend on the day.”
