“I bought road and trail shoes after a telephone consultation. I sent photos and videos of my running shoes using whatsapp in advance shich was straightforward. Michelle was knowledgeable about the various brands and the differences between them, allowing me to make an informed choice and the shoes arrived by post. All very easy and the shoes are a great fit.”

“I love Run and Become. Since they set me up with a pair of Brookes running shoes many years ago, I have never had any ankle or knee problems. So I just go back to Run and Become to buy the lastest Brookes shoes whenever I need a new pair. These shorts got sent out very quickly indeed. I don't live in London. But I do visit the shop whenever I can, and love the history and ethos. And the mail order channel works extremely well indeed. Thank you.”

“My review is of the Injinji Run Lightweight Mini-Crew Toe Socks. I first bought a pair in store (the store in Victoria, where the service is always great). Then I liked them so much I have bought them onlie. They are an excellent sock, and never again will one toe rub against another.”

“I've shopped at Run & Become's Edinburgh branch on various occasions over the years, but now live too far from a branch for that to be convenient. Happily, the online ordering and delivery process is just as good. Everything worked exactly as it should and I'll certainly order from Run & Become again.”

“I was delighted with the speed at which you processed and dispatched my order. However, I paid extra to get the package delivered by Wednesday and Royal Mail failed to deliver until Friday. I could see on tracking that it arrived at our local sorting office on Tuesday evening, bit was not actually delivered till Friday! I am very happy with the product though”
