“Finally a shop where personnel knows what they are talking about unlike big chain where employees are just parked there waiting for another job. Big choice of appliances and even if I had a problem with my oven (production defect), it has been replaced promptly the next day. Very recommended,”

“They were quick to get the fridges and freezers and deliver them. They took away the old ones. They had the range of Liebherr applicable that we wanted at prices that made sense while much larger companies had a limited choice.”

“I was going to buy my appliance at John Lewis, but after contacting yourselves found the service much more user friendly, better delivery times, no addition charges for unwrapping. installing and taking old one away as John Lewis did. I thought £30 to unwrap is ridiculous. I made one phone call to you, chose the appliance over the phone and paid for it, arranged delivery time, service is second to none. I always recommend your company to friends and family. I am a very happy customer”

“I have used Ruislip Appliences for more that 15 years as an owner/occupier and landlord for the purchase of kitchen appliances (fridges/freezers, washerdryers and ovens), I have always been extreamley happy with the quality of products, delivery service and customer communication.
