“Tony was particularly helpful and went above and beyond when trying to help us solve our issue of finding an integrated fridge freezer that fitted in the bespoke kitchen units. We had previously purchased another ff from a well known company which, although the overall dimensions were the same as the old one, would not line up correctly with the doors. They couldn't work out what the problem was and the customer service was non existent so Tony was like a breath of fresh air in his endeavour to solve the problem. He also attended on the day to fit the appliance and was fast, friendly and efficient along with his colleague. Could not have asked for or expected a better experience! Thank you 😁”

“A very impressive service. Ordered a new fridge freezer and it was delivered the following day. Sadly it didn't work so I phoned the shop the following day (a Saturday). Without any quibbling whatsoever, a replacement model was swiftly arranged, which was delivered a few hours later. I was very satisfied and would recommend Ruislip Appliances.”

“Ruislip Appliances seemed to be trying too hard and then falling short of their promises. We ordered a Liebherr Fridge freezer to be delivered Monday. The computer told the assistant that only afternoon slots were available. Another man more senior (probably the manager) came over saying he could deliver in the morning. My wife stayed in all morning and when nothing had come by 12:30 I rang up to find that the van had only just left for the afternoon slots with our fridge freezer on board. When I asked why it did not come in the morning the man said it was always going to be in the afternoon because that was the only slot available. So, my wife stayed in the morning for nothing. However, the fridge that was sold to us has been very good. Very quiet, very cold and like the alarm function that tells you when you have left the door open. Overall Good but I think they should not promise something they cannot deliver. I think they tried too hard to gain our custom. Next time just tell the customer no more slots in the morning we will have to deliver in the afternoon.”
