“I don't usually write reviews but felt impelled to do so after receiving such a great service from Ruislip Appliances. Had been let down on a delivery of a freezer three times by another company so decided to look for somewhere more local. On calling the shop the phone was answered by Matthew who was really helpful and polite and gave me all the information I needed. The freezer was delivered - on time - (to my elderly mother). Again the delivery drivers were really polite and helpful. A shining example of a local company providing an excellent service. Will definitely recommend to others.”

“I ordered 2 products from the company. Happy with one but the other was the wrong item and they could not supply the original advertised one as it was mistakenly sold to another customer. Poor stock management. Also both products were graded but delivered without being properly repackaged, courier driver commented on this saying it was not the usual standard as others would do. flimsy bubble wrap that did not cover and only partially protected.”

“Really great service from Ruislip Appliances. I managed not to measure my old fridge before buying a new and bought one too big. They took it straight back with no issues and offered an alternative delivered next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Ruislip Appliances gave excellent advice regarding the replacement of our old cooker hood. We purchased a brand new (graded) Bosch unit and were able to collect it within 48 hours of placing the order in person. We are very happy with our purchase and it certainly lives up to the description given by Ruislip Appliances, as it is far more energy efficient and economical to run, as well as far outstripping the older unit in terms of efficient removal of cooking smells, steam, and grease particles.”

“I bought a new 198L Fridgemaster chest freezer. It was delivered to my home the day after ordering. It all went very smoothly. I am happy with my choice. I have bought from Ruislip Appliances before and always had a good experience.”

“Over the course of an extended building project, we have ordered several appliances from Ruislip Appliances. They have been very helpful and informative when I have spoken to them, with deliveries on time and as expected. “We have used Ruislip Appliances for numerous white goods purchases, the most recent was a Zanussi double oven. Service is always excellent, delivery was on time and convenient and, in this case, the installation was efficiently done by an excellent team. Would highly recommend them.”
