“Great communication, phoned to advise time of arrival. Arrived on time. The overall installation was clean and neat and the delivery team were polite and helpful. Would definitely consider using Ruislip Appliances again, and would highly recommend.”

“We wanted to replace our washing machine with an identical model. The shop staff were able to advise on a similar machine which we then purchased. It was delivered on time and the broken machine taken away. Service as expected and it worked for us!”

“Excellent service. Had the staff not taken time and effort to locate the non-standard hob for me (to replace the 16 year old defective item) I’d have had to replace all the work surfaces - an expense I can ill afford. Thank you Ruislip Appliances.”

“I ordered a zanussi built in freezer, which came into stock as advisedp. It was then promptly delivered at a day of my choosing by two very polite and helpful men placing it in the kitchen as requested. I have been using Ruislip Appliances for all my kitchen requirements for over 30 years and always been delighted with the price, advice and service. Well done guys!”

“The fridge freezer that I had bought originally from Ruislip Appliances was within warranty but could not be repaired. The manufacturer issued me with a credit number which I then took into the shop. The staff were so helpful and made the whole process of using the credit note against a new purchase of a fridge freezer so easy. Everything went so smoothly that I was impressed.”

“I recently required a new oven and such was the urgency in getting it replaced I opted to go to an independent retailer which was local an had one available for collection the same day at the same price as a number of others whose delivery schedules were at best 2 days away....”

“Great service. Phoned me to change delivery as they were going to be in my area but were really flexible and able to accommodate my time needs. Delivery was easy and they were helpful with sorting out problems with fitting the fridge freezer into the existing space.”
