“The appliance was at a very competitive price and we chose to collect it being less than 30 miles away. Tristan had the appliance ready at our agreed collection time, loaded and away in less than 20 minutes. Great service.”

“Ruislip Appliances seemed to be trying too hard and then falling short of their promises. We ordered a Liebherr Fridge freezer to be delivered Monday. The computer told the assistant that only afternoon slots were available. Another man more senior (probably the manager) came over saying he could deliver in the morning. My wife stayed in all morning and when nothing had come by 12:30 I rang up to find that the van had only just left for the afternoon slots with our fridge freezer on board. When I asked why it did not come in the morning the man said it was always going to be in the afternoon because that was the only slot available. So, my wife stayed in the morning for nothing. However, the fridge that was sold to us has been very good. Very quiet, very cold and like the alarm function that tells you when you have left the door open. Overall Good but I think they should not promise something they cannot deliver. I think they tried too hard to gain our custom. Next time just tell the customer no more slots in the morning we will have to deliver in the afternoon.”

“Ruislip Appliances were amazing - we needed a new oven just before Christmas as ours decided to go wrong. We found the oven we wanted but no one could deliver before Christmas. Then, luckily, we found Ruislip Appliances, they had the oven we wanted and they could install it the very next day (in fact they offered the same day)! The guys were in & out in no time, great to deal with, took all the packaging & old oven with them and left everything clean & tidy. Absolutely delighted with the service & will definitely shop with them again. Much better than using the large retail chains.”

“I used Ruislip Appliances Ltd initially as they’re a local company. However I also needed advice on the best type of appliance for me and the man I spoke to spent a lot of time going through my requirements with me before committing. There was no pressure to buy anything and he was happy to take as long as I needed. My appliance was delivered 2 days later and the delivery guys were polite and helpful and on time!”

“We purchased a new semi-integrated dishwasher, replacing an old one. Your fitter (plus apprentice) acted professionally and competently and with extreme care. The old machine was very difficult to remove, but was done very efficiently and the new one installed with great care and attention to detail (levelling up and replacing the front unit door).”

“Very helpful and informative. I found exactly what I looking for - a microwave . I got a quick date for delivery and installation. The Fitters were very quick and tidy All the packing etc was removed and for me a bonus The Clock was set !”
