“Urgently needed to a washer /dryer for my elderly mum. Went into the store and was run through the options with no sales pressure. Settled on a purchase and explained that my mum needed it ASAP even though she wasn't in the local area. This was no problem and next day delivery was agreed for me. Really happy with the purchase and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!”

“I did make a phone call the day after our fridge freezer was fitted to say how pleased we were with the service from Ruislip Appliances, but mainly to say how professional - courteous - your installer was he is a credit to your company and I will definitely recommend and use your company again. “I bought a washing machine and needed it quickly. Despite being busy I found the staff were accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful.. The delivery was swift and the machine was fitted with ease despite some problems with my plumbing. I would highly recommend this local business!”

“second oven and microwave blew up week before Christmas. You could supply and fit following day and cheaper than competitors. Not used yet but impressed with service so far. You came when you said and fitted with a smile. Rotary selector seems very stiff to turn, but I expect it will loosen up.”
