“We were seeking a fridge for our outside garage. We chose one but once speaking to staff we were advised to choose another one as the one chosen would not work in an outside garage. Supply and installation were done on time with advice to allow the fridge gasses to settle before turning on. Price and professionalism second to non.”

“After endless searching for a built under double oven, I kept coming back to Ruislip Appliances for assistance in their knowledge and expertise of the product. Although a difficult customer, the staff were so helpful and patient. I am so pleased with the oven I bought and at such an affordable price too - excellent value. I have gone back to Ruislip Appliances again, this time, to choose a fridge/freezer for my kitchen. Again, they 'bent over backwards' to help me and have now come up with the right product for me to purchase in the near future. They really look after me. To everyone at Ruislip Appliances, you're really deserving of your 50 years in Ruislip and I'm sure you are very proud of that. “Well-stocked showroom so I could see & compare brands before buying. They then kept my fridge in store until my kitchen re-fitters were ready to install it, and delivered exactly when requested. Very happy with fridge itself and the service provided by Ruislip Appliances.”

“I recently had need to replace a fitted Neff refrigerator which had given up its life after many years. I fortunately live very close to Ruislip Appliances and they were able to show me from their extensive stock the exact replacement. The manager gave men a very helpful guide on how to install the item which was delivered to me early on the following working day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop.”

“I visited Ruislip appliances and was helped to choose a dish washer, which I purchased. (the price was cheaper than other machines I had seen in person at Curry's, South Ruislip and others I had viewed on line). An appointment was made - within a couple of days - to connect the new appliance and to remove the old, broken machine - this price was considerably cheaper than others I had seen on line. The appointment was kept on time , and all the work went like clockwork , no mess, no fuss and, from my point of view, really easy & convenient. I would , certainly use Ruislip Appliances again. “When your fridge/freezer packs up you need to act quickly. After a telephone call to Ruislip Appliances in the morning to discuss my requirements, a new fridge/freezer was delivered that afternoon and the old one taken away. You can't ask for more than that and all at a competitive price. Exceptional”

“I have been purchasing white goods from Ruislip Appliances LTD for many years. Most recently I needed a washing machine for a tenant. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Within 30 minutes I had discussed, bought and arranged fitting of the new machine. They even found a slot to deliver that afternoon. Brilliant!”

“1. We were not quoted to take the freezer away but £15 more was taken from my account 2. We were told that the new freezer would arrive in 4-5 days. It took 3 weeks- we were not informed of the delay and had to chase 3. We were told that as soon as it came in we would get a phone call-again , this did not happen -we had to chase 4. On deliver day-I rang to get an estimated time-they were please to tell me that they cold not estimate a time, nor could they call 30 mins in advance. Whatever has happened to customer service? 5. The freezer arrived with a dent-we were so fed up by then that we accepted it. 6. We were moving frozen foods from the old freezer to the new one-they did not let us know in advance that the new freezer could not be switched on for 6 hours after delivery. 7. My wife had an unpleasant experience phoning them-the conversation was a pretty rude and unhelpful exchange All in all-not a good experience-we wanted to support a local firm and hoped to build up a good relationship for future purchases.....”
