“Excessive delivery lead time which you are not made aware of until you have completed the purchase. They then did not stick to the lead time and no communication from them until I chased. Products are ok quality, but nothing to get too excited about.
Overall not impressed with the experience dealing with Ruby and will not be buying from them again or recommending them to others.”

The lead times are always given prior to you completing the purchase at check-out so we are sorry if you did not see this.
