“Ruby themselves were excellent but the delivery company was not. The 2 young strong men were very reluctant to carry the planters any further than they had to. They wanted to leave them in the car port which is attached to the road but not the house. They were persuaded to take them to the front door but no further as they said they could not enter the property, although our house is detached and they did not need to. We are both over 70 and had to commission someone to move them. Ruby did compensate us for this and say they have contacted the company to stop it happening again.”

Order arrived missing one piece, company despatched replacement, tracking showed out for delivery then was not delivered. Said not loaded, best bet was driver didn't want to travel for one piece of timber. Took a week to get balance of order.”
