“great friendly service. I would highly reccomend Ruby UK, I placed an order for a family member who suddenly took seriously, hence they did not require the order anymore. I contacted Ruby and they arranged a cancelation and refund straight away. Great service.”

“I absolutely love my very useful but good looking gate which has now been painted a lovely shade of blue. This will keep my bits and pieces protected from the harsh expected winter later in the year. The quality and delivery is great. “I live at the other end of the UK from Ruby. No problem what so ever delivering a sizeable quantity of timber. All in good order and as expected. Customer service and sales team are very quick to respond and helpful. I would definitely use them again.”

“Had purchased both Gazebo and Pergola and wasn’t disappointed with the end result . Phil and Vic arrived on time and preceded to erect both structures over 3 days. Both lads worked hard achieving a professional finish that has gone beyond all expectations. A fantastic job! Would have no worries recommending this company to anyone. Spot on Ruby UK”

“5 stars despite being let down on a planned delivery. I ordered a pair of driveway gates well in advance as I wanted them on site when we were ready to fit and was promised a specific week. Unfortunately there was a delay in manufacture and the date was missed. However Rubys customer service was excellent and they did everything to speed the delivery up eventually getting in delivered on the Saturday of that week. Things do go wrong and its how this is dealt with that makes the difference. Top marks to Ruby.”

“Trying to find a company that did made to measure garden doors is hard. However, Ruby managed it, with a prompt service and good qual;ity product. Would definitley reccomend them.”
