“The planters I received were shoddily made and looked like bits of left over old wood nailed together. They took forever to arrive and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. They don't even have drainage holes. The only upside was that the customer service was very good and I got 50% off the order after complaining, although looking at them again I should have insisted on a full one. They look great on the website but in my case that didn't manifest itself in the actual product.”
“I ordered 10 lengths of fence posts, the delivery was 6-7 hrs late, the guy who delivered it put it at the side of our house without our knowledge, when the fencing company came today there was two lengths that where like bananas which had conveniently been placed at the bottom of the pile.

“Delivery has been received. While I haven't been able to check the delivery in any detail yet, I need to say what a fantastick service you have provided. Second to none. Ordering was easy, payment was easy, you delivered very quickly, you kept me informed when it was going to be delivered utilising the best App I've seen todate and the price was better that my previous supplier. Overall a great job.
My previouse supplier (a well know national building supply company) couldn't begin to provide the service you guys have. They should be ashamed with their customer service or lack of it should I say!!!

Communication was great , even before delivery I could see just where I was in the delivery line via the link I was sent.

“I ordered some planters from the Ruby group as I wanted to support UK manufacturing. On the website it said that there was a 10 -15 working day delivery on the items I ordered. It actually took 20 working days for delivery. I have no problem with the quality of the planters - they seem to be very solid and definitely well-built. Time will tell how long they last.
However, I do have issues with the way in which my order was dealt with. Firstly, I received a request for a review before my planters had arrived and secondly one morning, out of the blue, I was advised that the goods would be delivered between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm that same day. This is unacceptable. It was lucky that I was not at work that day. There was no prior notification at all, yet an expectation that I would be prepared to wait in for ten hours. I am not happy about this at all.”
Hello - firstly we are very sorry that you received a request for a review before you had the planters and that the planters took longer than our 10-15 working days. Secondly we are extremely sorry that you only saw the email on the day of delivery about it being delivered. You should have received a text message 2 days before to let you know the delivery day so we will look into why this has not happened with your order. Our couriers are always happy to leave in a safe place if no-one is in so apologies if you thought you had to wait or there was nowhere safe to leave so you felt unable to go out, but we are very glad you are pleased with your planters. Finally, thank you for your valued custom and patience - it's much appreciated.
