“Had purchased both Gazebo and Pergola and wasn’t disappointed with the end result . Phil and Vic arrived on time and preceded to erect both structures over 3 days. Both lads worked hard achieving a professional finish that has gone beyond all expectations. A fantastic job! Would have no worries recommending this company to anyone. Spot on Ruby UK”

“Beautiful, solid, well made garden gate. The gate would be a 5 out of 5.They were a few teething problems like delayed delivery wrong size lock sent but the staff dealing with those problems were always apologetic friendly and efficient. Because of the delay delivery fee was refunded, a decent gesture. The wrong lock was also refunded quickly.”

“great friendly service. I would highly reccomend Ruby UK, I placed an order for a family member who suddenly took seriously, hence they did not require the order anymore. I contacted Ruby and they arranged a cancelation and refund straight away. Great service.”

“Its a nice gate, seems well made and the price was OK. However, communication from the company was poor. On placing the order you get a confirmation email which says " We are in the process of preparing your order for shipment" Two days later you get another email saying "your order is now in production" Simply idle use of automated systems without thought. Then nothing. 17 days later I email to ask when I might expect delivery, 3 days later I get a reply saying delivery w/c 13th July with a more accurate date to follow. The gate turned up on the 8th/9th, no warning, it was just there leaning up against a wall in the driveway.”

“I asked for support to get the correct amount of cladding. The AI gave me incorrect information, I am to blame for not double-checking but I was not pleased. I had to order some more with another £75 delivery charge- that was on 4th July, it is now 28th July and I have heard nothing.”

“Delay on in delivery it said 7 working days online but took more like 3/5 weeks i ordered two gate's the first one that turned up was damaged a missive crack in it, spoke to ruby and they said they would wavier delivery cost £45. several days later the second gate turned up ok but had to wait for the replacement to be made and finally delivered a few weeks later. not a good experince”

“I absolutely love my very useful but good looking gate which has now been painted a lovely shade of blue. This will keep my bits and pieces protected from the harsh expected winter later in the year. The quality and delivery is great. It's the 2nd time I've ordered from this as their goods are worth every penny .”

“I live at the other end of the UK from Ruby. No problem what so ever delivering a sizeable quantity of timber. All in good order and as expected. Customer service and sales team are very quick to respond and helpful. I would definitely use them again.”
