“Had purchased both Gazebo and Pergola and wasn’t disappointed with the end result . Phil and Vic arrived on time and preceded to erect both structures over 3 days. Both lads worked hard achieving a professional finish that has gone beyond all expectations. A fantastic job! Would have no worries recommending this company to anyone. Spot on Ruby UK”

“We had to wait 6 weeks for our order which had origninally said 10-14 days. Once contact the customer services team did comminucate well. Product was good.”

“The team at Ruby were excellent. We had major problems with their logistics partner (V1), but they were able to put everything right and worked with me diligently to fix get my deliveries sorted. Use Ruby, but avoid V1 if at all possible.”

“Frankly, a bit disappointed. I needed fence capping rails for a rental property in Bristol. I live in Oxford. I explained that I would need to to drive the 2 hours to the property to receive the order. I was assured that I would be emailed as to delivery date and text/telephoned to ensure I could be there to meet delivery. Neither of these happened. I was contacted by the delivery driver who was outside the Bristol address with no one home. I was in Oxford at the time. I explained the situation and requested the order be returned and then Ruby would contact me as they promised to do so. There was nowhere secure to leave the order. The delivery driver stated he could not do this and left the order on the street. Luckily it was still there when the tenant got home. Upon fitting, one of the rails was bowed. Again, luckily, we left that one for last to saw up and ‘do the awkward bits of the fence. I am disappointed in the delivery service, the quality of the product and when I emailed all this to complain, I have heard nothing back at all.”

“Ordered this gate as needed a smaller size than standard. Delivered within a couple of weeks and the delivery was excellent. The gate is beautiful real quality sturdy and hopefully lasts for many years”

“Shiplap claddding was fairly good but a large number of knots and many of the knots had either fallen out or were in locations, i.e. on the edge of the cladding, that resulted in a degree of unusable sections. Three of the longer lengths had splits in the end edges.”

“Ordered 2 Iroko gates totaling £2400, and was given a delivery time of 10 to 15 Days! Following numerous phone calls, of which many were ignored, delivery took over a month. Finally I was promised a delivery date on September 1st, as the fitters had been arranged to be on site. Despite this, delivery did not take place until the 5th, incurring great inconvenience and cost. In addition labels had been attached to the main gate and sprayed over, causing stains. Although an apology was offered, it did not mitigate the frustration caused! At lease they managed to get the sizes right!”
